Garlic extract is allicin. Ingredients: diallyl sulfide (CH2 = CHCH2) 2S3, organic sulfur compounds are very unstable, easily degraded at room temperature (20 ℃) after 20 hours was almost completely decomposed, thermal decomposition faster.
